Please take this opportunity to renew your membership for the coming year of 5785, 2024-2025.

Selichot : Motzei Shabbat, September 28th, 2024 at 10:00pm
Rosh Hashanah: Wednesday Night, October 2nd - Friday, October 4th 2024
Yom Kippur: Friday Night, October 11th - Shabbos Night, October 12th, 2024

$350.00 for a family membership
$175.00 for a single membership
$18.00 for Locker Rental

Your membership entitles you to a discount for Yamim Noraim seats.
$125.00 per seat (non-member prices: $175.00 per seat) 

We would greatly appreciate it if you:

  • Renew your membership as early as possible so that we can plan our year appropriately. 

  • Should your family need financial assistance, please use our confidential process so that we can assist your family appropriately.

  • We would be extremely appreciative if you are able to join our Sponsor Circle.

Membership Fee Information - 

We never want finances to be a barrier to membership.  If you cannot afford membership fees as structured, please call the office to arrange a payment plan that can accommodate your financial situation.

Security Initiative Fee: $150.00

Security Initiative
A Security Initiative Fee of $150 is added to help offset ongoing costs of keeping our facility and people safe. This ensures that the shul has a security on site throughout the year during our various programming events.

SISTERHOOD MEMBERSHIP

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
We are rolling out a new support program to help fund the Shul's growing daily and weekly programming.
 
You can choose from various option:
1. Parnas Hashavua: Enables our shul to provide weekly Kiddushim and Children's Groups.

2. Parnas HaChodesh: Enables our shul to provide a more elaborate Shabbos Mevarchim Kiddush and Rosh Chodesh Programming

3. Parnas HaShanah: Helps enable our shul to meet its various financial responsibilities and fund our events. This year, our major expense is to replace our boiler. The cost is approximately $70,000.

Locker rental includes a combination lock. The cost remains $18.00 for the year.

PHOTO RELEASE

The Avenue N Jewish Center (ANJC) occasionally uses photographs of members taken at events in its publications and on its Website.
   I hereby grant permission to ANJC to use my photograph on its website or in other official printed publications without further consideration, and I acknowledge ANJC has right to crop or treat the photograph at its discretion. I also acknowledge that ANJC may choose not to use my photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. ANJC reserves the right to discontinue use of photos without notice. I also understand that once my image is posted on ANJC's website, the image can be downloaded.
     Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims the ANJC Board of Directors and All Employees of ANJC.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You will be paying by credit card, e-check or check, cash, or zelle. 

If you choose payment
  • by check, cash, or zelle: please choose "bill to account" on the payment page and make sure to open the statement we send.  (YOU CAN ONLY USE THIS OPTION IF YOU ARE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOU NEED HELP, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE 718-339-7747). To pay by zelle, pay through your bank and use the shul's email address (info@avenjc.org) and specify what the payment is for.
  • by credit card, please choose an installment plan that works for you on the next payment page, if paying more than the standard membership.
You can choose from many installment plans but full payment is due by Jan. 30, 2024.  

If you are applying for financial aid you can- 
check off “Bill to Account” and we will contact you for your credit card after your financial aid is approved.
