Mechirat Chametz

Please read the following and submit the form below to appoint Rabbi Daniel Eisenbach to act as your agent for the selling of your Chametz:

I hereby authorize Rabbi Daniel Eisenbach and Rabbi Chaim Kraus, Rosh Beis Din of Khal Bais Yisrael (who enables the sale to a non-Jew), to sell my chometz and chometz products to a non-Jew, and rent to him the location where my chometz and chometz products are stored, and to grant the buyer unrestricted access to the chometz and chometz products he has acquired and to the location he has rented.

*Kitniyos products such as rice, beans, etc. need not be sold and chometz utensils are not sold.
  A shaaloh must be asked before removing a non-chometz item from the area rented to the non-Jew.
  If you are travelling out of the tri-state area, please notify the Rabbi.
